P-Square is made up of twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye who have given us memorable tracks in the past like Beautiful Onyinye and most recently Alingo.

No one thought they’d be able to top Alingo after the success the single enjoyed, not forgetting the well-directed video that followed soon after the release, but they’ve proven us wrong!

Their latest single Personally is a heavy club banger that their female fans across the world will enjoy. What’s more special about the video is the fact that it’s a tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson!

The brothers have always been inspired by Jackson and the pair say it was time to honour him. Personally was released just in time to remember his death four years ago on June 25.

In the video, co-directed by their brother and manager Jude Engees Okoye as well as Clarence Peters, Peter does most of the dancing, nailing every MJ move while Paul soaks up the female attention on the side.

We say this is by far one of the best Jackson tributes to come out of Africa. On a scale of one to 10, we’d give them a seven when compared to tributes done by Usher, Chris Brown, Ciara and many others!

The song itself is very repetitive, with Paul singing the hook and letting the ladies know that he will “deal” with them personally. Look out for actor Osita Iheme’s cameo appearance in the video as well as Peter’s cute son Cameron.

P-Square will soon embark on a tour of the UK and US. Their SA fans can expect a visit in the year. You can personally watch their new video on Trace Urban!

Did You Know? P-Square is signed to Akon’s Konvict Muzik and their own Square Records.

They collaborated with Rick Ross on their hit track Beautiful Onyinye.

The twin brothers are also into the oil business, cashing in from all angles!
