AT the age of 22, Bulawayo’s Qinisela Keaitse, has produced and directed two music videos that are being played on Channel O.

The young and talented director, also known as Rasquesity, recently worked on two high quality music videos — Ndakakuudza and Hustle On by upcoming rapper Shingirayi “Schingy” Maunganidze — and have played on Channel O for weeks now.
Keaitse said he was happy and considered it as a break in his life that Channel O got to choose not one but two of the videos he produced and directed. “This has opened avenues in my career. I am getting calls from different people and organisations who want to work with me from Harare and to as far as Botswana,” he said. Keaitse started film and video production in 2008 and has a number of local short films under his name. The young director said success was a result of hard work and urged other young artists to be resilient in their work and to hold on to their vision and passion. “Video production is an art and I use the basic high definition camera, but it is how one edits one’s work that gives a perfect video,” he said. Keaitse has worked with many local artistes including Tashaboy Vandal from Hwange.
