Kumpasa’s Warriors officially booked their ticket to the semi-finals after humiliating Western Panthers 32-8 on September 7 and will play against Old Hararians.

Warriors will be hoping to reach the second final in their second year in the league. They lost to Harare Sports Club 28-22 in last year’s final.

“The semi-final is a different game, it is everyone’s game, so we can surprise them because we are now preparing for the match and the boys are confident,” he said.

In another semi-final, Old Georgians will play against the defending champions Harare Sports Club.

The best two sides in tomorrow’s matches will lock horns in the final to be played on October 5 in a venue that is yet to be decided.

Noddy Kanyangarara, the NRL president told Southern Eye Sport the venue for the finals would be determined by the outcome of the semi-finals.
