THE year has come to an end. For some the year’s end means shopping, heading to holiday parties and probably taking a few days off to spend time with loved ones. For entrepreneurs, it is time to try and complete your business year-end to-do list.
Here are some things to add to that list:
- Give back
What better time of the year to give to some charitable donations? Not only is this good for your business image, goods can make a big impact in the lives of the recipients.
- Update your website
The end of the year is an ideal time to update your website. Make sure all of your contact information is accurate and update information and the images you display.
- Spruce up office space
Clean up your office and get rid of stuff you no longer need. A cleaner environment will help you increase your productivity.
- Respond to e-mails
Respond to e-mails. Write back and delete any e-mails you no longer need to tidy up your inbox.
- Re-evaluate your brand
Does your brand image still reflect your company’s identity. From your logo to product packaging and from the paint job on your building to how your employees dress. Are they broadcasting the right message?
- Touch base with your best customers
Let your customers know that you appreciate their business. Take some time to get feedback on what you can do to improve or help improve their experience with your business.
