The seven-track album is set to debut on local radio stations before being made available to the shelves. The now Harare-based artiste said all was set for the release and promised hip-hop enthusiasts the best.
“The album carries promising tracks such as Sestshuna, G-Wabalanda, Amacameraz, Senz’ Ismember, Imali labo babe, Akukhanyi and Peace Majimbos,” he said.
“I have already done videos of two of the songs — Senz’ Ismember and Sestshuna, to hype up the album.”
“The title track G-Wabalanda is derived from where I grew up in Gwabalanda. I represent my hood and moving to Harare doesn’t mean I have abandoned my area and my people.
“I rap in Ndebele because I believe people should understand what I deliver.”
The artiste worked with a number of producers on the album such as Polite Sithole, aka P2daoh, Legion Beats from Biomuzik Records, ThaVyrass from African Beats in South Africa and Dr Clarence in Harare.
