BANTU Rovers, who returned to the Premier Soccer League after merging with Plumtree Chiefs, will play Chicken Inn in a friendly practice match at Luveve Stadium this afternoon.

Bantu Rovers spokesperson Wilbert Sibanda yesterday confirmed the match. “It’s a practice match and we are playing Chicken Inn at Luveve Stadium tomorrow (today) at 3pm,” Sibanda said.

Bantu Rovers, who are coached by Methembe Ndlovu, have brought in Zephaniah Ngodzo, Lawson Nkomo, Proud Zireni, Obadiah Tarumbwa and two former US Major League Soccer players Mike Rose and Greg Klazura.

Chicken Inn, lost against Zifa Central Region Division One side Town United at Dulibazdimu Stadium last weekend.
