Moyo will also get an $800 allowance to spend during the soccer World Cup to be held in the South American country in June.

Twelve Zimbabweans are set to get 12 tickets to fly to Brazil during the promotion that started on March 22. Uniliver public relations consultant Ruth Dengwani said the promotion was meant to popularise the OMO brand.

“This is a national promotion which started in Chitungwiza on the 5th of April and this is the second draw,” Dengwani said.

“We are giving away prices because OMO is a responsible brand touching lives of consumers. This also comes as a reward for the consumers of the brand considering their loyalty.”

“OMO as a washing detergent, is a leading brand and we are glad to have faithful consumers.”

She said the next stop would be Mutare.

Yesterday 25 people also walked away with instant cash prizes of $100 each while 10 others got DStv decoders with one month subscription.

Other consolation prizes included T-Shirts, vuvuzelas, soccer balls and different quantities of OMO washing powder.
