The PSMI website contains some spelling errors that some subscribers have noted with great concern. Among the wrongly spelt words is the name of the city of Bulawayo which is spelt “Buluwayo” four times on the website.

PSMI development and customer relations manager Nhamo Marandu said it was unfortunate that the website had not been corrected adding that a new site was currently being developed.

“We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the inaccurate content on the website particularly spelling errors. We have since started constructing a new website to complement the one that is already there and by July the website will be fully developed,” Marandu said.

He said the new website would promote interaction and provide subscribers with health advice and current updates.

Marandu said as soon as the new website was up and running, the current one would be discontinued.

PSMI is a subsidiary of the Premier Service Medical Aid Society (PSMAS) and was established in 2003 with the objective of servicing PSMAS members as well as the general public at affordable costs.
