Clever Mombeshora (34) of Matshobana pleaded guilty to charges of failing to comply with directions regulating movement and conduct as given by authorised officers after he tried to forcefully enter a prohibited and protected area.

Msipa warned and cautioned Mombeshora to never try and enter a prohibited area as that would land him into serious trouble.

“You must desist from doing such things as they put you into trouble,” she said.

Mombeshora was released after languishing in remand prison for about five months after the State sought to determine his mental status following incoherent remarks he made in court at his initial appearance.

Mombeshora had told the court that he went to the Bulawayo State House to take a gun for his unknown Pakistani boss, whose identity and place of residence he did not know.
