Release yourself

Life is not a garbage truck. Many of us have loaded our lives with so much garbage, we can no longer carry it.

Life is not a garbage truck. Many of us have loaded our lives with so much garbage, we can no longer carry it.

Many of us have allowed circumstances and situations and experiences to load our lives with heavy issues we cannot see hope and any good anymore.

All this is unfortunate, but we all can get out if we choose to. The yoke of the inner burdens of life is heavier than that of the outer difficulties.

No one has more access to your heart than yourself and it is up to you to decide what to keep or not keep in your heart. You can release yourself.

Many people are in bondage of past pains and hurts. I said last week that if you do not let go these, your anger will kill and harm you more than those you are angry at.

Do not go through life holding onto past grudges and wounds, they bleed your present and blare your future.

Many people in Africa are defeated by anger, malice and unforgiving attitude in them.

They spend a lifetime fighting wars of their past and past generations. I am yet to see one who has fought these, overcome and remained with a future.

Beloved, to move ahead with life and become who God intended you to be, let go the past and embrace the future. Your future does not need the anger over your past. Release yourself my dear.

Release yourself from worry.

We live in a world of uncertainty. Things change and people change too.

There is scarcity of every commodity including love and genuine advice. Many are therefore worried and afraid.

You see, worry is a thief of your energy and future.

Worry stagnates you and steals from you productive thinking. It causes you to mourn and lament over the unknown until you lose the known.

Worry defeats your faith and passion for life. Have you ever tried to ride on a bike with a chain that keeps falling off? Worry does that to your life. It takes you off the rail and you are on the same spot always.

No progress in life. Normally people who worry do not step out to do things. They worry until they get sick. Worry will bring fear and fear is a snare and trap.

Many people spend their time talking about other people, discussing others and criticising and blaming and getting more angry and more frustrated and weak.

I think it is a trap to spend time and life in this manner.

Common people who achieve nothing in life have spent their time blaming others and complaining about this and that.

They have spent time talking about who did what to them and how unfortunate they are.

Many also depend so much on luck than destiny. I want to put it to you that winners in this life spend time talking about their dreams. Do not wait on luck.

Work on your destiny. Fill your life with passion for your dreams.

I have said this before and I will repeat it to you that your success is not 100% depended on outside circumstances, but on what is inside of you.

You dream it, talk it, do it and achieve it so you can enjoy it.

They say that if wishes were horses, beggars would ride. This is so true with our lives — most of us.

We are wishing this and that and never do anything to make the wish come through. People, who wish, sit back and see a lot of impossibilities and just continue wishing.

You can release yourself by looking inside of you and making a decision right now to stand up, step out and do that wish or dream.

It will never come through until you have worked on it. All of us can do something meaningful in this life if we really wanted to.

Unless you do it yourself, no one will do it and you will not have it. You do not want to waste your life anymore wishing and waiting on luck. Life is not luck driven and it is not a gamble as some people would like us to believe.

You plan life, you work out life. You work it out as you dream it. You can release yourself from that bondage by focusing on destiny and not luck.

You are the only person who can off-load the garbage in your life truck and reload with dreams and destiny. You can do it.

“Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation!” Psalm 68: 19.

Spend time with God so you can load with His benefits. That is His intention for your life.
