A 35-YEAR-OLD female tenant at a house in Tshabalala suburb in Bulawayo allegedly assaulted her landlord’s daughter after she found her pictures in her husband’s phone.

Juniah Makadzva (35) was on Wednesday cautioned and discharged by Western Commonage magistrate, Willard Mafios Moyo for attacking Olipa Magutshwa.
Moyo blasted Magutshwa for posing for pictures taken by the tenant’s husband at a time when the couple was having marital problems.
Makadzva is said to have seen the pictures on her husband’s phone and Magutshwa became rude when she was asked her about the pictures.
Magutshwa told Makadza that it was not her fault that her husband loved taking pictures of women.
Prosecutor Nomzamo Ndlovu told the court that on Monday Makadzva saw the pictures and questioned Magutshwa about them.
This did not go down well with Makadzva who bashed Magutshwa all over the body until she sustained physical injuries on her face.
