Sungura artiste Peter “Dhewa” Moyo and dancehall chanter, Tocky Vibes will today hold a joint show at Midlands Hotel in Gweru in a gig dubbed Graduation Pre-Party: Celebrate Your Success.

The performance coincides with the graduation at Midlands State University (MSU) tomorrow, where President Robert Mugabe is expected to cap thousands of students.
Both Moyo and Tocky Vibes are not new to Midlands province after having staged several shows in the past.
Tocky has made dates with MSU students in the past, performing at welcome gigs for new semesters.
The Young Igwe, as Moyo is referred to by the legions of his fans, who is riding on a wave after releasing a new album Mabasa aMwari, is expected to keep his sungura fans on their toes, while Tocky Vibes’ new 10-track album Toti Toti, which was recorded using live instruments, should thrill fans.
Midlands Hotel managing director Hamutendi Kombayi said all was set for today’s gig and urged revellers to come in their numbers.
