The band will kick off in the afternoon before the South African entertains patrons.

Prosper Ndebele, the band leader, told Southern Eye Lifestyle yesterday: “We will perform on Saturday and we promise nothing but fireworks, fans should expect songs such as Jabula, Masiko and many more surprises.

“We have gained experience and we are still going strong and these live performances make us better musicians. I urge people to come and enjoy our music and their support means a lot to us,” Ndebele said.

The band is now being managed by Babongile Sikhonjwa.

The five-member group consists of Kelvin Katongo — bassist, Lungile Ndlovu — drummer, Nkosiphile Sibanda — keyboard/flute, Muzie Mdlongwa — acoustic and Ndebele, the lead vocalist and song writer.

The band has previously opened for Black Umfolisi and South-Africa based artist Bozoe.
