Kutsanzira dumped Bosso at the beginning of last year to join Caps United and yesterday he told Southern Eye Sport that he was talking with Makepekepe to have his contract, which ends next year, terminated so he could return to Bulawayo to play for Bosso.

“I have a contract with Caps United that ends next year, but there are some people that are talking to Caps because I want my contract to be terminated. I am coming to Bulawayo this week and will be returning to Harare to pick up my things and I am relocating to Bulawayo,” Kutsanzira said.

The striker with boundless dribbling skills and playing a pivotal role for Caps United, said he had been informally in touch with some officials at Highlanders and told them of his intention to make a return.

“I have spoken to a member of the executive and told him of my intentions to return to Highlanders, but that was not official and I will be talking to them again. I want to leave Caps United. You know football. So many things happen and one does not want to stay at one club (all the time),” Kutsanzira said.

However, it is yet to be seen if Kutsanzira will fit back into Highlanders on return. Highlanders head coach Kelvin Kaindu’s contract with the cub is yet to be renewed.

Kaindu has indicated that he has been impressed with the team that he is building and has no intentions of bringing in any new players.

Kutsanzira joined Highlanders from New West City in 2007 and played on the wings with Bruce Kangwa who has turned left-back where he has settled in well for the Bulawayo giants.

The Caps United striker is not the only player eyeing a return to Highlanders as Joel “Josta” Ngodzo is also reportedly itching for a return to Bosso. He has not fitted well into FC Platinum.

Ngodzo has been coming in from the bench for the platinum miners and the 2013 season was not good for him.

Also reportedly eyeing Highlanders is another Platinum midfielder, Welcome Ndiweni, and Chicken Inn midfielder, Danny “Deco” Phiri, who still has a running contract with the GameCox.
