This emerged when Mpiyekhaya Ndlovu of Edwaleni Village 2 appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Takundwa Witness Mtetwa at the Nyamandlovu Circuit Court on Tuesday facing a charge of malicious damage to property. Ndlovu was remanded out of custody to February 17.
