A fortnight ago dancehall musicians Winky D, Killer T, Shinsoman and Soul Jah Love performed at the same venue leaving fans wildly asking for more.

Killer T famed for the song Makarova Gunners will share the stage with Tawanda “She Calaz” Mumanyi and Shinsoman in a gig expected to give dancehall enthusiasts a time to remember.

His other songs such as Tirikumhanya, Makarova Gunners, Suspects, Officer Mirai Chirukazi and Ziso Rako Hameno have proved popular among fans.

Seh Calaz once worked with Jamaican star Sheldon Campbell, aka “Turbulence”, to record a remix of the Mbare artiste’s hit song Mumota Murikubvira when the former visited the country last December.

Shinsoman whose Mawaya waya composition has become a national anthem in watering holes, will add flavour as the battle of the three to put the City of Progress on fire.

Show promoter Tafadzwa Maridadi said everything was in place for the show and fans should expect a memorable Friday.

“Gweru has for a long time been starved of dancehall performances and we are bringing these artistes closer to fans,” Maridadi said.
