THE government has urged small-to-medium scale enterprises (SMEs) to register with the Standard Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) to ensure their products and services meet global standards so as and to access the export market. OWN CORRESPONDENT
SMEs and Co-operative Development permanent secretary Evelyn Ndlovu said they had a workshop with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, SAZ and Econet to map the way forward for the development of SMEs.
“SAZ encouraged SMEs to register their products with them or brand them to meet international standards,” she said.
