Old Miltonians are coming from a 9-74 loss to last season’s runners-up Old Georgians while Busters had a fairly easy outing against struggling Zvishavane Bulls ia a 67-0 win.

Ten points separate the two teams on the log with fourth placed Busters on 18 while OMs are on eighth. Busters coach Rueben Kumpasa said despite the fact that three of their players are in the national team, they are ready for the match.

Tapiwa Mangezi and the Ferreira brothers, Schalk and Jan, are on national duty and Kumpasa said the rest of their players who include Lucky Sithole, Lloyd Machanjaire and Moses Makhiwa were ready for the match.

OMs player-coach Theo Weale said they would be hoping to stamp their authority over Busters.

Victor Chiwara, Jason Mackay, Velile Dube, Nelson Madida and Francis Makamure are injured.

Other players in the OMs squad include Michael Zvakavapano, Thabani Sakupwanya, Mayibongwe Ndlovu, Lloyd Brown and Essence Ndlovu.

In other matches, Panthers will travel to Harare for one of their toughest matches in the league against Old Georgians.

Old Georgians are seventh on the log with only one loss since the start of the season while Panthers have lost three matches.

The Dragons, (Old Georgians), are on 26 points while Panthers are on 12.

Gweru Sports Club who are seemingly struggling in the league will face a stern test when they play defending champions Harare Sports Club.

Harare Sports Club are third on the log with 16 points while Gweru who have won one league match are eighth with four points.

Log leaders Old Hararians will be hoping to increase their lead at the top when they take on seventh-placed Mutare Sports Club.
