It was the State’s case that on July 10 at around 1.30pm, the five went to Copper Queen business centre in Gokwe North driving an Isuzu KB300 registration number AXC 5825 armed with logs and stones.

They went to Manwa Kudzanai’s house where they broke the doors down to gain entry before demanding cash from him. They robbed him of $5 550 and a Sumsung Galaxy phone.

They proceeded to Talent Makore’s house and allegedly robbed him of $2 288 before going on to rob Precious Chishumba of $1 154 at her house and then fled.

A report was made to the police and investigations led to the arrest of the five.
