The promotion, which ran from April 1 to June 30 this year, had more than 200 000 entries countrywide.

The winners were JD Moyo of Bulawayo, Benias Chinheya of Chipinge, Moffat Mavhera of Harare and Promise Letha of Bulawayo, who each walked away with a residential stand, two tonnes of cement as well as one truckload of cement for a community project of their choice.

The four forklifts were won by Hinge Hardware, Maincap, Headware and Cooland. Chinheya said he was extremely excited for winning the grand draw.

“I feel very great and I say PPC staff should keep up the good work of producing excellent cement for the nation,” said an elated Chinheya.

PPC Zimbabwe sales and marketing general manager Roger Steyn said the competition was just the beginning of greater things to come.

“This is just the beginning of bigger things and we will continue supporting our customers by offering them good quality cement. What I can say is that PPC is cement,” he said.
