Fortune Mlala and Bandlelihle Ndlovu, both famous artistes, invited people from all over Bulawayo as they exchanged their vows in a fun-filled Christian wedding ceremony.
They paraded through the streets of the city on horseback, much to the delight of shoppers and city dwellers.
The convoy of cars which escorted the couple on its horse-back ride caused a stir as it was a marvel to watch moving through the central business district.
Thubelihle Maseko, one of the invited guests, told Southern Eye that the ceremony ranked as one of the best weddings she had ever attended in her lifetime.
“I admired the set-up and organisation. Honestly it is not what we expected from a normal kasi wedding. So far this year I would rate this wedding as the best,” Maseko said.
The couple showed their artistic talent as they teamed up with fellow Destiny Praise members in singing. Both bride and groom kept guests on the edges of chairs when they sang.
