Khanda Shesa talks about the results one gets for being a hot head.

Prozac is working on releasing a first 13-track album titled Life Is Business expected to be out end of this month.

The new kid on the music scene said his music would quench the thirst of music lovers in Bulawayo and beyond, pointing out that his music was different from other hip-hop artistes.

Speaking to Southern Eye Lifestyle, Prozac said his songs chronicle real life events happening everyday.

“I am telling a story of what happens in Bulawayo on a daily basis. This is reality, mature rap as l don’t talk about spending money, guns, fantasy rap that most people do. My songs are real. They touch on the economic situation, the police and bribery, appreciation of elders and those who came before us,” he said.

“My music has poetry, the use of punch lines, metaphors, similes, creative word play, real hip-hop, pun to make songs appetising.”

He added that his album Life Is Business is basically a commentary about his life.

“This album tells more about about my life. I have seen a lot and experienced a lot and l will continue to live the life and it’s about the world through my eyes,” he said.

Prozac said he took time working on the debut album because: “I don’t want to give the people half baked music which will later turn to be bubblegum music.

“Towards the end of this month, my album will be fully baked. The album has been recorded, but we are yet to package and market it. I am still finalising with my management (sic).”

In addition, the upcoming artiste said he looked forward to stage live shows with the hope of gaining mileage in the music industry.

He has performed the new single at several shows like the event dubbed For You To Enjoy, Grapevine Battles and at Club Forty-40. He is billed to perform this weekend at Bigger Than Hip-Hop at Cape to Cairo.
