MULTITALENTED Michelle Madau launched Diva Inc and One-stand band on Wednesday night in a colourful event held at Casino Bar at Ascot Racecourse, Bulawayo.

The event, graced by people drawn from all walks of life, started with a short programme which introduced Madau who started her life through humble beginnings after having attended KGVI school.
She has defied all odds to be a brand among young women in the city, it was revealed.
Madau has managed to form a musical band which she manages and has worked with several artistes in the country to become a force to reckon with.
Madau said her Diva’s Inc brand was Christian-centred and stood for the words “devine, inspired and victoriously anointed”.
“I know people have viewed women who are called divas as people who are up to no good. I chose the name ‘divas’, but the truth of the matter is that our definition is Christian-centred and we are young women who fear God,” she said.
Diva Inc has wide ranging products from branded caps while some of its wings deal with catering, music promotions, among other services.

“I would like thank you for coming and I hope we would continue to work together in various platforms as we seek to grow the brand Diva Inc,” she said.
Outside business, she is working as a secretary in one of the city’s leading clothing manufacturing companies. She studied at Foundation Technical College where she advanced in a diploma in secretarial studies.
