URBAN grooves artiste Roki wowed a measly crowd of fans at the weekend with his performance at Forty-Forty Night Club in Bulawayo.
BY LUYANDUHLOBO MAKWATI The talented artiste put up an exhilarating performance, through his dance moves and his melodic voice that kept the crowd singing along with him.
The artiste was scheduled to share the stage with fellow artiste Ex-Q who, however, did not turn up for the event in unclear circumstances.
Star FM DJ Styles was on the decks where he mesmerised revellers throughout the night with powerful tunes that ranged from rhythm & blues to Zimdancehall.
Roki said he was happy to be in Bulawayo and promised to return soon as he had gone for years without coming to city.
“I am happy to be in Bulawayo after a long time and I promise to come back soon. I will come for more performances,” he said.
The Chidzoka hit maker took his fans down memory lane with the track and revellers were seen dancing throughout the night.
One of the show organisers who declined to be named said Ex-Q was not on the bill.

“I don’t know why people are saying Ex-Q was not there because he was not advertised for the show and hence no one was short-changed. Over and above everything, as the establishment we are happy about how the event sailed,” he said.
