HOW you treat people determines how you make them feel.
How you make people feel will ensure if you positively or negatively influence them.
Every person wants to be treated better.
Everyone wants to respected and valued.
A human being is a collection of emotions, feelings and thoughts and how you make them feel will determine how you related with them.
This article seem to make you become a master in handling different people
‘I am important’
There a scream from every human being, and they are saying: “Hey, I am important. Can’t you see?”

This is unspoken, but very important.
Master that scream and you won’t find it hard relating with people.
Everyone is important.
Secondly they want to feel important.
Thirdly, they love to be made to feel important.
So in other terms if you place value on people they are willing to listen to you.
Fourthly, people do matter despite their background.
We don’t need to scale people according to their history, or financial status, but honour and value them because God created them.
Having grown in a poor family, I have a testimony that someone can become a formidable brand.
Positive
Life has enough hurdles to stay grumpy.
So, what most people are looking for positive vibes around them.
What people miss is being loved.
One of those ways is being positive, and bringing the best out of them.
We have made a lot of mistakes and I wouldn’t want someone to be constantly reminding me of those negatives.
Bring the best out of me.
This applies to every creative and progressive leader out there, if you are to win with people, seek the best out of them.
Help them to get lessons from the past failures and positively progress.
Caring
We are looking for people with good hearts.
Caring for people is everything.
John C Maxwell, always says: “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
You need to learn to hear at a different wave lengths.
Remember, it’s not what people say, that matters only, but their unspoken expressions.
If you can master the psychology of listening, it easy to master human behaviours and you stand a better chance of reaping more from behavioural economics.
Allow others to speak more
When you study a group of people interacting, you will notice that there are dynamics at play.
Automatically, you might see different personality types at play.
Some will want to dominate the group, others speak more than others and a lot more.
The best you could do when dealing with people is to listen more than you speak.
Allow others to speak more and allow them to express themselves, especially about themselves.
People want and love to be listened.
When you become attentive to the words and emotions in other people, it is easy to be lovable and to gel in different group types.
Value
Place value in every person.
In a corporate context, as a leader you achieve more results when you place value in others or your teams.
I have seen leaders who want to be head and listened to and their voice matters.
They are inconsiderate of what others think or feel.
When you become a person of value, you become a person of impact.
The more the value you have the more the world is willing to reward and recognise you.
The easy way of constantly adding value is the ability to apply the Kaizen principle.
This is where by you are constantly learning and improving yourself.
People that are continually improving themselves, they become better leaders or influencers.
Parting point: Touch my heart and it becomes easy to ask for my hand.
Touch my core, and it becomes easy to convince me.
Bruise my heart, I won’t want you anywhere close to me.
