THE 56th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) opened in Bulawayo today on a low note as most exhibitors where still setting up pavillions.

THE 56th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair opened in Bulawayo today on a low note as most exhibitors where still setting up pavillions.

However, during a press brefing, ZITF Company chairman Bekithemba Nkomo expressed safisfaction  with the level of preparation.

“The 56th edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair began this morning on a lively note as exhibitors rushed to put final touches to their stands before the arrival of business visitors,” Nkomo said.

Nkomo said it was up to exhibitors to make up for lost trading time as only two days of trade was allocated this year.

The exhibition runs under the theme “Stimulating Trade …Seizing Opportunities to Accelerate Growth”.
