Speaking to Southern Eye Lifestyle Chiwona said he received a great response from the management team when he sent his music online to Real Vision Radio in Brooklyn, US.
“After I finished the Phezulu selection which comprises electro dance and house music, the managers said they were pleased with my music and said not many artistes in Africa send their music especially from Zimbabwe.
Since then have been sending all my projects,” he said.
On the Real Vision Radio website his music is available for downloads and his song selection received airplay on the radio station on Wednesday at 10 am.
The 20-year-old music producer, based in Bulawayo, is the founder of Phezulu records which is producing music for upcoming musicians.
Chiwona derives his inspiration from LA Josh, F4D, Blaq lips, Rhyme Assassin and internationally renowned underground rap artiste Nas, who inspired him to begin production.
