ZANU PF politburo member Sikhanyiso Ndlovu has not yet recovered and is still admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU) at Mater Dei Hospital, where he was rushed more than a week ago after suffering a stroke.

Ndlovu’s brother, Simangaliso told Southern Eye yesterday that the veteran politician’s condition had not changed since his admission. Prior to the stroke, Ndlovu had suffered an asthma attack.
“He is still there (Mater Dei Hospital’s intensive care unit). I did not go and see him on Saturday, but I will do so today (yesterday). But doctors are still monitoring him,” Simangaliso said.
Ndlovu, a renowned educationist and founder of the Zimbabwe Distance Education Colleges, once served as Information minister and deputy Education minister.
