Sithole did not feature in the match pitting How Mine against Chicken Inn at Luveve Stadium yesterday. How Mine chairman Mlondolozi Nkomo confirmed that the striker was club hunting in South Africa.

“We understand that Sithole left the country to attend trials with a South African side today (yesterday),” he said. “I cannot say which club it is because if he was going for trials we were supposed to have an official invitation from the interested club, but we have not got that.”

Sithole is part of the Warriors team due to play Zambia in the African Nations Championships final first round first-leg qualifier in Harare on Sunday.

However, Southern Eye has it on authority that Amazulu had shown interest in the player.
