No stiff penalty for Giants

Giants and Ihlathi Hawks, set to square off this past Saturday, will clash at Northlea at 3:30pm on Saturday.

Ndlovu said the Tuesday meeting with Giants did not yield any positive results as he failed to meet the full executive of the team.

“For the good of basketball, we decided that the best we could do is to give them a double header on Saturday. They still have problems at the present moment, though the problems are not clear. The meeting was not successful as I failed to meet the full executive,” Ndlovu said.

Before playing Hawks, Giants will play the opening match of the day at Milton High School at 12:00pm against Stars while at the same time Lakers will be entertaining Oilers in court B.

In another match of the day, Stars will date Oilers at Northlea at 2:30pm. Meanwhile, the men’s league will up a gear entering cycle four at 2:30pm. At their home ground, Milton will entertain Kings.

The action will shift to Northlea where ALCC takes on Giants at 2:30pm while KAOS will engage Mavericks at 5pm.

Lords and Oilers will lock horns in the main match of the day at 6:30 pm.
