“The Bradfield shop shall be the first in a series of exclusive shops for Econet’s premium customers to offer access to top-class service,” Econet said in a statement on Friday.

“The new store design aims to put the customer at the heart of Econet’s service philosophy by ensuring that the needs of the high value customers are easily identified and taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.”

Econet added that more shops would be opened following the Bradfield branch.

“Econet’s premium shops will offer end-to-end service from bill payments, air-time top-up, replacements, purchase of handsets and devices and the ever growing EcoCash mobile money service,” the company said.

“To ensure convenience to the customer, the premium shop comes with a variety of benefits, among them, access to premium service, access to flexible payment plans for handsets and devices and easy and convenient access to all Econet products and services.”

It said other benefits include a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in the lounge suites where premium customers can access and surf the Internet.
