Tata Mojo was the first to take to the stage and struck the right chord with the older audience by belting various old school tracks before introducing contemporary tracks from much loved South African jazz outfit Freshlyground.

Jade then took to the stage moments later and wowed revellers with some famous South African tracks from Sankomota and Stimela before playing one track from the famed Cool Crooners.

Patrons said the venue had managed to cater for the city’s older citizens and they looked forward to the continued entertainment for mature revellers.

Selbourne Hotel proprietor Dave Ncube said Sekunjalo Investments would continue to match standards of high quality in terms of entertainment and venue friendliness.

“From our entertainment to our lavatory facilities we will always thrive to make sure that our place is friendly to our patrons. As for entertainment our DJs know what they are doing and we would like to promise Bulawayo good entertainment, especially this festive season as we will be unpacking lots and lots of entertainment for our patrons,” Ncube said.
