The father of the bride is usually highly honoured at weddings, but not this one, as he has ended up trending on the internet for all the wrong reasons.
While everyone, in what seems to be a family picture at a wedding, dons their Sunday best, an unidentified man, believed to be the father of the bride is pictured wearing shorts, trainers and a shirt.
Clearly the odd one out.
It is not clear where the picture was taken, but “Zimbos” or “twimbos” as Zimbabweans on Twitter and other social networking sites refer themselves to as, have had a field day making memes of the gentleman at the wedding.
In one of the memes, the unidentified man, who had no idea he would star on the internet, is also seen standing with President Robert Mugabe, former Zambian leader Kenneth Kaunda and the late Samora Machel.
And finally, the “father in law” also makes it to Hollywood, as one of the cast of a yet to be filmed Fast and Furious 8
