
MARTIN Sibanda and Ndolwane Super Sounds are back in Matabeleland North this weekend with four shows line up in Dete, Lupane, Hwange and Victoria Falls.
Band manager Thandazani Nyoni said their first show will be at Dete Big Bar on Thursday, followed by Kudu bar in Vic Falls on Friday, then Lwendulu Social Club in Hwange on Saturday.
The band wraps up its tour of the region with a show at Wise Water in Lupane on Sunday. “Our shows now start as early as Thursday because the band is on high demand and we now have to start our shows during the week to meet this demand,” Nyoni said.
“Fans should expect a top – class performance because my guys are breathing fire since we are performing fulltime, non-stop and everyone is in form.
The spirit of the band is also always high whenever we play along that route because our fans never disappoint and the venues are always fully packed,” he boasted.
The sungura outfit will have supporting acts in the form of house music artist Vheto and Kweseka band which plays a fusion of African genrés and is based in Victoria Falls.
