Bulawayo senator Rittah Ndlovu has announced the launch of the Queen Building Programme, an initiative designed to empower young women with leadership skills.
The programme, run by SheLeads Africa in partnership with Edd Branson Publishers, aims to nurture the next generation of African women leaders.
Ndlovu said the programme will equip participants with practical skills, self-mastery principles, and the confidence to lead authentically.
A special series covering the initiative will also be aired on KeYona TV to extend its reach across Zimbabwe and the continent.
The curriculum integrates the TANYA Philosophy, developed by CEO and entrepreneur Tanya Rushesha.
Its principles offer guidance for navigating modern leadership challenges.
“Through this programme, young women will learn not only how to lead others, but most importantly how to lead themselves first,” Ndlovu said.
