Fast-food lovers in Bulawayo are set to enjoy quick and convenient service as popular restaurant brand Nando’s unveils a drive-thru facility aimed at improving customer experience during the busy festive season.
Marketing coordinator Kadziyanike Makomborero said the new drive-thru was located in Woodlands, along Esigodini Road, opposite Fazak Home and Hyper, making it easily accessible to both residents and travellers.
“The drive-thru concept was introduced to cater for customers who prefer speed and convenience, while still maintaining the unique atmosphere for those who choose to dine in,” Makomborero said.
He added that the dine-in area remained colourful and vibrant, while the drive-thru allowed customers to collect meals without delay.
The drive-thru will open to customers on December 12, with an official activation, which features entertainment and surprise activities for customers, scheduled for December 20.
Makomborero said the company was excited to bring a new level of convenience and fun to its loyal customers and hoped the new facility would enhance the overall customer experience.
“The expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, especially during peak travel and holiday periods,” he said.
