THE Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) last week re-launched its client service charter at Mbembesi business center in West Nicholson, Gwanda district in a bid to bolster community partnerships.

The ceremony drew a cross-section of stakeholders, including members of the community liason committee, Business Against Crime Forum of Zimbabwe (BACFOZ), national parks representatives, government officials, local residents, and school children.

Police emphasised that the initiative was central to promoting effective service delivery and crime prevention.

The charter serves as a commitment by the police to uphold professionalism, transparency, and accountability while engaging with the public.

Police said the re-launch underscores the force's dedication to rebuilding trust and ensuring that police services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all residents in the Gwanda district
