Gethune Gatiso of number 60 Hosana Street, Addis Ababa , Ethiopia, has not been formally charged.

Yesterday he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Takundwa Witness Mtetwa, who further remanded him in custody to July 11.

No indications were made over the postponement.

The court heard that on April 28 this year, detectives based at the Bulawayo Central Police Station were on patrol when they heard that Gatiso had entered the country without travel documents. They were advised that he was in the Bulawayo central business district.

Gatiso was arrested at Corner 4th avenue and Fort Street in Bulawayo, after detectives asked him to produce documents and he failed.
