Lucas Chiheya allegedly severely battered Tanaka Mudimu (21) for demanding her payment.

It was alleged that Chiheya picked up Mudimu at a local sports bar after they had agreed to spend the night together for a fee of $10.

The two spent the night together in Maglas high-density suburb as per agreement and Mudimu demanded her payment in the morning.

Chiheya, who is married with two children, was said to have handed Mudimu $50 and demanded change.

It was alleged that Mudimu told Chiheya that she did not have change and would give him later at the bar or he could allow her to keep the money as advance payment for more services in the near future.

Chiheya refused and told her that if she had no change, he would leave without paying.

However, Mudimu blocked him from leaving without paying and that was when Chiheya allegedly slapped and boxed her resulting in her sustaining serious facial injuries.

Mudimu reported Chiheya at the Zvishavane Police Station, leading to his arrest.
