AN unidentified Gwanda man has died at a local hospital after succumbing to stab wounds sustained in a scuffle over a memory card.

The tragedy occurred yesterday morning when the suspect, who has been arrested, demanded his memory card from the now deceased, his workmate, at a local night spot in Spitzkop high-density suburb.
This is the second such tragedy to occur in the area in a few months following the murder of a gold dealer who had just left the same night spot.
Residents have called on the police to set up bases in Gwanda’s high-density suburbs to curb crime.
The suspect is expected to appear in court today. Police were not readily available for comment.
