The Catering Industry Pension Fund is inviting bidders to participate in its suppliers standing list for the year 2026-2027. The selected suppliers who fall within the below mentioned categories and also meet the below mentioned requirements will be part of the standing list of suppliers for the Fund.
The categories for the goods and services are as listed hereunder:

• Networking and software Office Equipment
• Stationery & Office Supplies Services Building & Construction Services
• Computers and accessories Security services
• Insurance services Legal Consultancy services
• Landscaping Services Electrical services

- Beitbridge border post ‘dumps’ Zimdollar
- ‘Shocking gaps riddle Zim procurement processes’
- Praz red flags procurement loopholes

Interested companies should meet the following requirements and submit certified copies of the documents listed hereunder.
• PRAZ registration, Vat registration certificate, Company Profile, Certificate of Incorporation, CR14, CR6, ITF264, Banking details, List of products to be supplied. (Suppliers with multiple categories to state so), Bank statement for the past 3months, at least 3 verifiable and traceable references, Payment terms and should be able to produce a fiscal tax invoice.
NB: Multiple service providers should submit separate sets of documents for each category applied for.
