Fastjet lands ADMA agrishow partnership

HARARE, May 26 (NewsDay Live) — Fastjet Zimbabwe has been named the official airline partner for the 2026 ADMA Agri Show, deepening the carrier’s presence in Zimbabwe’s agriculture-linked business travel sector.

The Agricultural Dealers and Manufacturers Association’s flagship exhibition will run from June 4 to 6 at the Pomona showgrounds in Harare, bringing together farmers, agribusinesses, equipment manufacturers and policymakers from across Southern Africa.

The partnership comes as both organisations mark 10 years of operations in Zimbabwe.

“We are proud to partner with ADMA, an organisation that, like fastjet Zimbabwe, is celebrating 10 years of contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of the Zimbabwean economy,” fastjet Zimbabwe Business CEO and Country Head Donahue Cortes said.

Fastjet said its domestic and regional network would connect delegates travelling from Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Johannesburg to the event.

“Agriculture remains pivotal to Zimbabwe’s economic success and food security,” Cortes said.

“As a Zimbabwean airline, we understand the importance of seamless connectivity for people, cargo and agricultural value chains that support trade, investment and productivity.”

ADMA operations manager David Davies said the partnership aligned with the organisation’s regional ambitions.

“Fastjet Zimbabwe has consistently demonstrated its value as a reliable partner for business travel, providing an efficient regional network that enhances connectivity between key commercial hubs,” Davies said.

Fastjet spokesperson Nunurai Ndawana said services linking Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Johannesburg would make travel easier for exhibitors and delegates attending the show.

The airline said travellers would also have access to flexible booking changes and standard baggage allowances across its network.
