Leading property firm rebrands, sets sights on glob markets

Zimbabwe's premier property firm has officially transitioned to HSP Realty, shedding its former House of Stone Properties identity in a bold strategic pivot aimed at conquering international real estate markets while preserving its trusted local legacy.

The rebranding, effective immediately, represents far more than a cosmetic change. 

According to the company, it signals a deliberate repositioning to align with an increasingly borderless property sector, where investor confidence and brand recognition transcend national boundaries.

The streamlined name is designed to resonate across diverse markets as the firm deepens its involvement in property transactions beyond Zimbabwe's borders.

"The future of real estate is global," said Leonita Mhishi, principal registered estate agent at HSP Realty. 

"We have adopted a shorter, stronger and more memorable brand that reflects our expanding international presence and our commitment to world-class service."

The company's refreshed visual identity, featuring striking burgundy and gold tones, symbolises trust, prestige, excellence, and opportunity, values the firm says will underpin its next growth phase.

Behind the new name lies a comprehensive internal overhaul. 

HSP Realty has strengthened its leadership systems, expanded professional capacity, and enhanced operational structures to service both local and international clients with greater efficiency.

Strategic partnerships are central to the firm's growth trajectory, particularly in unlocking opportunities for buyers, sellers, investors, and property developers.
