The state alleged on August 29 around midnight, the suspect stormed Mabalengwe butchery and stole Ndumiso Moyo's bicycle.
He went away unnoticed and hours later the complainant discovered that his bicycle was missing and tracked the tyre marks before filing a police report.
The bicycle was recovered and its value is US$200
