BULAWAYO, OCT 13 (SOUTHERN EYE) : MATOBO rural district council has introduced an ICT department aimed at improving service delivery
Matobo Rural District Council Chief Executive Officer Alvis Sibanda said the ICT department will help digitalize most of their services.
"Things like Bulk messaging, online payment, data backup, and providing technical support to other departments," Sibanda said.
“These will strengthen service delivery, revenue collection, protection of client information, improve communication and modernize council operations."
