Prophet Freddy recovers, built new state of the art church

A song "Ndiri Kurwadziwa" plays in most people's minds especially when they get to lose something they treasure most.

The song was composed and recorded by popular man of cloth Prophet T Freddy when his Glenview church was demolished by Harare City Council  in 2020.

The demolition brought pain to the Man of God who had invested in the structure.

He composed a song with the lyrics "Ndingagone kuzvishingisa vakomana ndiri kurwadziwa,".

Despite the heavy set back the Prophet who is known for his sharp prophetic gift managed to secure another place at corner Highglen and Mushayabande road.

Six years down the line, he is completing another church.

The state of the art church will have a capacity of more than 2000 people.

"We have tried to invest in the church so that people can worship God in a more conducive environment. Of course we suffered a major set back years back but God is always faithful," he added.

The state of the art church has enough space for people to sit and watch the man of God doing what he was sent to do.

"It was not easy I tell you, because the plan consumes a lot of material but God has taken us this far," he added.

The prophet has been hailed for the determination as he did not invest in expensive cars but in the work of God.

"Do you know that he chose to invest in the church rather than expensive cars or convoys. He was determined from the beginning to have the church finished," said a church member.

The church is set to be officially opened in the first quarter of this year, as they are putting final touches.

Goodness and Mercy Ministries becomes one of the churches that owns morden churches in the country.
