The Zimbabwean defender missed the season-opening 1-0 win against Orlando Pirates because of a suspension carried over from 2012-2013, but will be hoping to return to the starting line-up for tomorrow’s game against Mpumalanga Black Aces.

“It has been long without playing a competitive game. I’ve played some friendly games here and there, but I’m looking forward to playing my first competitive game of the season,” he told the club’s official website.

“I think I played well last season, but I know I can do better as an individual and for the team. I want to be more aggressive, more alert and to be the quality player that I know I can be.”

Nyadombo joined Usuthu from Gunners in his homeland before the 2010-2011 season and was named the club’s Player and Players’ Player of the Year in his debut campaign.
