THE losing Zanu PF candidate for the Magwegwe-Lobengula constituency in last year’s National Assembly polls Grace Dube has died. She was 50.

A close relative said Dube had died at Mpilo Central Hospital last Thursday after a long illness.

The relative said funeral arrangements would be clear once her son Nigel arrives from South Africa. Dube lost the Magwgwe-Lobengula National Assembly seat to the MDC-T’s Anele Ndebele.

She is survived by her son Nigel and daughter Sandra.

Her husband Edwin Nyoni died about a decade ago.
