Misobzi Mwanza was remanded after her own plea of guilty when she appeared before Victoria Falls resident magistrate Sharon Rosemani yesterday.

Prosecutor Listen Nare told the court that on April 21, Mwanza had a misunderstanding with Nolea Lungu over the feeding of children.

Mwanza allegedly assaulted Lungu with a knife once on the head and kicked her several times in the stomach. She further bit Lungu’s right ear and removed part of it. Lungu was rushed to hospital and doctors said her ear would be deformed.

Lungu told Southern Eye yesterday that she would never forgive Mwanza for such a horrible act.

“I will never forgive her for what she did to me because when I look at my ear, I think of her,” Lungu said.
