LEADING property developer, Hello Projects, has unveiled 137 residential stands, a move that is meant to ease housing challenges in Marondera.
The residential stands are set to form The Rock City low-density suburb and will be the first ever gated community in Marondera.
Speaking during the launch of the housing project, Marondera Central legislator Caston Matewu, said the town was developing at a faster rate, attracting meaningful investments.
“We are happy to have such a housing project in Marondera and this shows that the town is growing rapidly and attracting meaningful investment,’ Matewu said.
The Rock City gated community has 137 residential stands ranging from 1 000 sqm to 1ha plots.
The name Rock City was derived from the existence of boulders and hills at the site.
The project has land for a school, a shopping mall and a kidney transplant medical facility, according to Hello Projects.
Renowned real estate agent Ding Muzi is part of the project.
